It was a special day because we could come to the preschool in our comfortable pyjamas. This holiday was also an opportunity to talk about the importance of sleep and the role it plays in human and animal life.

When we go to bed tired in the evening, it is usually the most pleasant moment of the whole day for us. Rest, a moment of reflection, relaxation and finally a beloved sleep. That's how it should be, but as statistics show, sleep problems can affect up to 45% of the population worldwide. That's why World Sleep Day was established.
